bin6south

200+ Wines.
One Perfect Evening.

The cellar at bin6south isn’t organized by region or price point. It’s organized by what’s worth drinking. Sommelier Nanci knows every bottle and exactly when it belongs in your glass.

The Program

Curated from
Around the World

Over 200 labels sourced from Burgundy to the Basque Country, from small Willamette Valley producers to old-world Riojas that most lists never bother with. No filler. No famous names held hostage by a 300% markup.

Nanci’s approach is personal, not pretentious. She asks what you like, what you’re eating, and how adventurous you feel — and builds from there. First-time wine drinkers feel as comfortable as seasoned collectors. That’s by design.

The sake program runs alongside it — premium selections that pair surprisingly well with the globally-inspired kitchen, for guests who want something different.

Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence

Four consecutive years — now elevated to the Best of Award of Excellence for 2026. Wine Spectator’s honors recognize restaurants with wine lists that offer a well-chosen assortment of quality producers. Earning it once is an achievement. Four years running, moving up a tier, is a commitment. See the full award story.

Glass or Bottle?

On Tuesday and Wednesday, you can select 5 wines for $20 — try something new without committing to a bottle. Full bottles are available at a retail discount to take home. Tuesday through Saturday, pairings by the glass are available with every course.

For Wine Collectors

Tuesday and Wednesday evenings double as a retail opportunity. Take home bottles from the cellar at a discount — a rare chance to walk out with something you just discovered over dinner.

Tuesday & Wednesday

Dinner & Wine Tasting

4pm to 9pm in the evening, twice a week. Our chefs’ full menu is served exactly as it is the rest of the week — the difference is the wine. Nanci pulls bottles, guides every pour, and answers every question about the region, the vintage, whatever you want to know.

Walk-ins are welcome on Tuesday and Wednesday, though reservations are recommended to guarantee your seat. See the full events calendar for what’s poured each week.
