The Perfect Date Night
in Downtown St. Pete
Some restaurants are loud. Some are forgettable. bin6south is neither. Twelve seats, one chef, one sommelier — and an evening that belongs entirely to you.
St. Pete’s Most
Intimate Dining Room
At 12 seats total, bin6south is not a place where you shout over the next table. The room is quiet enough to hear each other, warm enough to linger, and small enough that our chefs and sommelier Nanci actually know you’re there.
The menu is globally inspired, locally sourced — so every visit feels like a first time. Pair that with Nanci’s instinct for matching wine to the moment, and you have a date night that doesn’t need a script.
The Atmosphere
Unhurried. The kind of place where a two-hour dinner feels like forty minutes and you’re not ready to leave when it’s over.
The Service
No distant waitstaff to flag down. Our chefs move through the room, Nanci explains every pour. Attentive without hovering — personal without being intrusive.
Wine Pairings for Two
Tell Nanci what you like and she’ll build the evening around it. A delicate White Burgundy with the fish course, something bold and structured for the meat. Or just trust her entirely — either way, you won’t be disappointed.
Everything You Need
to Know
When to Come
Thursday – Saturday, 4–9 PM for the full chef’s table dinner experience. Tuesday & Wednesday, 4–9 PM for a more intimate wine tasting date — curated pours, retail bottles to take home. Both are worth your time.
What to Wear
Smart casual. Think date-night nice, not black-tie formal. You’re here to enjoy yourself — wear what makes you feel good, not what the dress code dictates.
Parking
Street parking on 6th St S is usually available in the evenings. The 400 Central garage is a short walk north and typically has space on weekends.
Reservations
With only 12 seats, reservations are not optional — they’re essential. Book ahead, especially for Tuesday through Saturday evenings. See reservation options or check the current menu before you arrive.
